Absolutely NO refunds once loft is delivered and/or installed.
Once an order is placed there is a fee for cancellation prior to delivery.
Loft lift kits cannot be moved from assigned room. A professional installer must make relocation upon approval of dormbedlofts.com. A fee shall apply.
Any damage to or missing bed loft kit will result in a “missing / destroyed” fee of $1,500.00.
